The Committee will observe and follow the following points in addition to looking into the overall administration of the hostels to ensure discipline and smooth functioning

1. All hostel boarders should enter the hostel latest by 8:00 P.M.

2. Attendance should be taken between 8:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. every night by the Supdt/Dy. Supdt./ Matron

3. Night out permission should be obtained from parents/guardian if the boarder wants to stay out of hostel at night.

4. Member of the Committee should give surprise visits to the hostel (specially at night) from time to time.

5. Review meetings should be held after every 15 days by the committee and updates if any to be given to the Principal.

6. Alcohol or any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited in and around the hostel
